The objective of the SFLP meeting was to examine the results of the interventions and lessons learned to date, and exchange views about the experiences of the countries involved. It also helped to clarify the major results of the interventions, as well as the lessons the different countries learned about the themes, and to determine how these initiatives have contributed to reducing poverty and promoting responsible fisheries.

This meeting therefore provided the opportunity to collect a series of reports prepared by the partners of the Programme in the 25 West and Central African countries. These reports describe the impact of the SFLP interventions through the different projects. They are presented below.
